Sketching with Sami: Wildlife

Please refer to materials list and be prepared to bring these supplies to the workshop.  If you’re a beginner who wants to learn about field sketching or an advanced illustrator who wants a reason to explore the Gardens of Golden Gate Park, join science illustrator Sami Chang as she explores the San Francisco Botanical Garden. You will learn some tips and tricks on how to get accurate sketches and try your hand at different methods of field sketching. This is a great opportunity to explore — or simply sit and enjoy — all of the natural beauty the gardens have to offer.  In this workshop, you will sketch the variety of wildlife found at the San Francisco Botanical Garden’s waterfowl pond.
