Grow Your Own Shiitake Mushrooms: Log Inoculation Workshop

@ Mushroom enthusiasts, this one’s for you! Join Jake Howard, mushroom expert and owner of The Mushroom Shop, for a hands-on workshop exploring how to grow your own shiitake mushrooms outdoors on logs. Jake will begin with an introduction to the process of growing shiitakes, from choosing and preparing logs to inoculation and what to expect as your mushrooms develop. Then you’ll get hands-on and inoculate your own shiitake log to take home, along with the know-how to care for it. Space is limited to just 10 participants, and advance registration is required.
