Join us for a festive, hands-on Halloween Artisan Pie Workshop where classic fall flavors meet beautiful, creative pastry! In this workshop, you’ll learn the techniques for creating a flaky, buttery artisan pie crust, preparing a seasonal filling, and decorating your pie with a unique Halloween-inspired design. Choose Your Filling Each student will choose one of two seasonal fillings for their artisan pie: Pumpkin Praline: Silky pumpkin pie filling infused with warm fall spices and finished with a buttery pecan praline topping. Cranberry Orange: Bright, tart cranberries paired with fresh orange, warm spices, and vanilla for a beautiful seasonal filling. You’ll have the opportunity to design your own Halloween-inspired crust using shapes such as bats, pumpkins, spiderwebs, leaves, moons, and more, or create your own unique design. No two pies need to look alike!
