In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare several authentic Southern Italian favorites: Focaccia – soft, flavorful Italian flatbread with a golden crust. Panzerotti – crispy, golden pockets of dough filled with delicious savory ingredients. Pettole & Popizze – traditional fried dough specialties, crispy on the outside and soft and delicious inside. Sgagliozze – fried pieces of polenta, a classic Bari street food with a wonderfully crispy exterior. You’ll learn the techniques behind these traditional recipes, prepare the food together, and enjoy the flavors of Southern Italy in a fun, relaxed, hands-on experience.
