CCLC Step into a world of tradition, remembrance, and culture as we celebrate the beauty of Día de los Muertos with our Ofrenda exhibit. This unique event pays tribute to the rich heritage of the American West and honors those who have come before us. Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a Mexican holiday that is also celebrated in some other Latin American countries, as well as by Mexican and Latino communities around the world including the United States. It is a multi-day festival that takes place from October 31st to November 2nd, coinciding with the Catholic holidays of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day. Día de los Muertos is a unique and vibrant celebration that honors and remembers deceased loved ones. Free with paid admission and for kids 17 and under. Members always get in free.
