(Most) Wednesdays in September–December 8–9a $15 suggested donation RSVP required* (No Drop Ins, Please) Practice mindful movement and meditation (aka MMM… Yoga!) at SMUSH. Come as you are, and enjoy a slow, gentle yoga practice to help you ground into the present moment and find inner peace. Led by Rachelle (@rachelleabalagtas), MMM... Yoga! emphasizes agency and moving at your own pace. Variations are offered to accommodate all levels of experience and ability. This class is open level - all are welcome. BYO yoga mat encouraged - only a few mats and sets of blocks are available on site. Dress comfortably and bring any materials that may support you, such as a journal and writing utensil, blankets, fidgets, et cetera. *Due to limited space, and to preserve the calm atmosphere, we are not able to take walk-ins for these classes.
