Prep’t 815 is hosting a Wellness Weekend on the lawn at Carlson Ice Arena.
Join us for a day, featuring local health and wellness professionals, workout demonstrations, giveaways, and the opportunity to try the sauna and cold plunge. Please bring a change of clothes, towel, and water bottle. A changing area will be available for participants.
