Step up your holiday cookie decorating by taking this royal icing class with Chef Rene St. Amand. You will learn several techniques including flooding, wet on wet and various piping designs. Whether you’ve never held a pastry bag before or if you’ve spent years decorating this class is fun for everyone. Learn techniques that can help you create a display for our annual gingerbread exhibit! Instructor: Rene St. Amand Saturday, 1-4 pm One class: November 7 Register
