Astronomy for All Evening

This free program is designed for neurodivergent participants who may experience better success with non-traditional program formats. For the first time, our SM&NC For All series is heading under the stars! Astronomy for All Evenings combine a sensory-friendly Planetarium experience with hands-on crafts, activities and tactile 3D-printed educational tools designed to make astronomy accessible, engaging and fun for participants of all abilities. Held in a welcoming, supportive environment, our inclusive evening programs invite families to explore the wonders of the universe through multiple senses and learning styles. This inaugural evening will also introduce the Warm Room’s expanded role as a sensory-friendly retreat space that offers visitors a quiet, comfortable place to step away, recharge and return to the experience at their own pace.
