Blessing of the Energy Centers A Meditation Night at The Space Each moment offers us a choice, an opportunity to be intentional with our attention. What becomes possible when we pause and turn inward? Join us for an evening of intention, meditation, and community. We’ll begin with a 27-minute video exploring Dr. Joe Dispenza’s perspective on the science behind the practice, then experience his Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation together. Make space to quiet your mind, open your heart, and connect with new possibilities. What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask for extra comfort. What to wear: Comfortable clothing you can relax in. Layers are encouraged so you can stay cozy. New to meditation? No prior experience is needed. We’ll guide you through the evening.
