A pioneering conceptual artist, Smith has spent more than five decades exploring themes of the body, memory, domestic life, and the environment through sculpture, drawing, installation, and performance. This intimate visit offers a rare opportunity to hear directly from the artist about her practice and the work for her upcoming exhibition, Mimi Smith: Dear Art, A Sixty-Year Survey at The Aldrich.
