Workshop Information     Stretching Your Techniques, A Demonstration Workshop with Lynnette Hesser and Steve Loucks Saturday, July 25 – Sunday, July 26 from 9:00-4:00 $330 Workshop Description: Lynnette and Steve will simultaneously demonstrate a variety of throwing and handbuilding techniques used in the making of their work while discussing aesthetics and philosophies on ceramic art and design! They will also show how to alter forms by darting, stretching, and reforming them, then embellish with carvings, sprigs, lids and/or handles, etc. Learn how to manipulate the thrown form, carve dimensional geometric and organic designs on your work, and how to add detailed edgings for bowls, plates, and platters.
