Experience a culinary journey with The Epicurean Connection, led by award-winning Cheesemaker and Chef Sheana Davis and Wine Educator and Cheesemaker Ben Sessions.
In our cheese class, you’ll learn hands-on cheesemaking, creating your own 2-3 pound Creme de Ricotta wheel. You’ll receive essential tools, a cheese recipe card, and access to our Spice Bar for flavor customization. Enjoy an artisan cheese tasting and a complimentary glass of wine during this 90-minute adventure.
For those aspiring to be Buttermongers, our butter-making class offers the chance to craft sweet, savory, salted, and unsalted butters with local cream and our spice bar. Each guest leaves with 1 pound of fresh-made butter and a signed Buttermonger Book for further culinary exploration.
