About this event
One of 46 upcoming events at The Phillips Collection.
Led by local and national wellness teachers, join us for free 30-minute online meditations. Inspired by an artwork from the collection, each session focuses on a different mindfulness practice and includes a Spotlight Talk by a Phillips Educator about the artwork. Over the course of three sessions, holistic wellness teacher Natalie Valle will lead a special series of Reiki meditations inspired by works from the collection. The third session draws inspiration from Reika Iwami’s print Butterfly. The event begins with a Spotlight Talk led by a Phillips Educator. Natalie Valle is a wellness thought leader, teacher, and guide based in Los Angeles. Drawing from her Indigenous roots, extensive training in the healing arts, and her own transformational journey, she creates intentional spaces where ancient practices meet modern tools for nervous system healing and heart-centered living. With certifications in Soundology, Reiki, meditation, coaching, and yoga, Natalie has supported countless individuals in cultivating peace, alignment, and authentic empowerment. If you would like to request an accessibility service, please email [email protected] in advance of the event. Providing two weeks’ notice is recommended, though not required.
