From The Portland Yoga Project

Saturday, October 17, from 2pm-4pm with Mel Walbridge at PYP DOWNTOWN The Arc Flow is a 2-hour yoga class designed to move you through a full arc of practice—from dynamic movement and focused breathwork to deep, supported rest. We’ll begin with a steady, breath-centered vinyasa flow designed to warm the body, build strength, and create spaciousness, physically and mentally. Expect intentional sequencing, adaptable challenge, and space to explore both effort and ease. Pranayama will be woven throughout the practice to support focus, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to your breath and body. We’ll close with long-held, restorative postures, fully supported with props, allowing time to slow down, integrate, and reset. Open to all levels. Come ready to move, breathe, and rest deeply. All workshops/events are non-refundable/transferrable. $25 or FREE for Unlimited Auto-Renew Members
