Join us for a hands-on class focused on making classic breakfast pastries designed to elevate a relaxed morning at home. In this session, you’ll work with enriched doughs and laminated pastry while learning the techniques behind shaping, filling, and baking two familiar favorites. We’ll begin with kolaches — tender, brioche-style pastries topped with streusel and filled with cream cheese and fruit preserves such as cherry, apricot, or strawberry — before turning to puff pastry danishes, exploring simple shaping methods and a variety of fillings. Guided by our professional chef instructor(s), the class concludes with time to enjoy the pastries you’ve prepared together in a relaxed, social setting.
