Echoes in the Earth – Sound Bath Experience

Join Laura Sarge, certified Sound Healer and practitioner of energy wellness, for a deeply centering and restorative Sound Bath experience inside the unique acoustics of a natural cave. A Sound Bath is a guided meditation and relaxation practice designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to counterbalance stress and support chakra alignment. During the session, Laura uses crystal singing bowls, complementary sound-healing instruments, gentle lighting, and aromatherapy to create a hands-off, immersive environment that encourages vibrational healing. Please note that Sound Baths are not recommended for individuals with larger metal implants. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and be prepared to sit or lie on the floor as they are guided into a state of relaxation and renewal within the cave’s calming, resonant space. *Please note this class will take place in the cave. Cave temperature is 48 degrees consistently. Dress for the occasion. Tours of the cave end at 6p, so be sure to come early and purchase a ticket for an official tour before class.
