Fall 2026 Distiller’s Cut Release Party

Join us on Saturday, October 31st from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Whiskey Del Bac as we celebrate the release of our Fall 2026 Distiller's Cut blend! This event is free to attend, but we do encourage RSVPs! All ages are welcome, we just require that guests under 21 be accompanied by an adult. During the party, you'll have the opportunity to sip on pours of the latest blend, Whiskey Del Bac signature cocktails, or other featured drinks. We'll also have bottles of the release available for sale. And, because it is Halloween, we'll also be holding a costume contest! First place will receive two tickets to our upcoming 15th Anniversary Party on November 21st Second place will receive two tickets to any upcoming Distiller's Tour and tasting Third place will receive two tickets to any upcoming Boots, Bagels, and Bloodys brunch event at the distillery We will also have food available from the El Golden Taco food truck. About this year's release: The Fall 2026 Distiller's Cut is like wrapping yourself in a blanket on a slightly cool autumn evening in Baja Arizona. This release features a variety of casks that were then artfully blended: Mesquited Malt finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Botas lends rich notes of walnut and grapeskin Mesquited Malt finished in former Sentinel of the Desert™ Bourbon barrels lend brown sugar Unsmoked Malt with a Tawny Port finish for some bright fruit and deepened body A splash of unsmoked malt from an ex-tequila cask for vegetal notes and intrigue.
