Rooftop Full Moon Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us on the rooftop at Harbourside Place for an all levels Vinyasa Flow. At the end enjoy a 15 minute moonlit sound bath shavasana. This month we celebrate the Beaver full moon. This is a good time to clean or organize your living area to create a comforting sanctuary, write down cluttered thoughts or finish nagging tasks that drain your focus, and decide what relationships or habits deserve your energy in the coming months.
