Join us on the rooftop at Harbourside Place for an all levels Vinyasa Flow. At the end enjoy a 15 minute moonlit sound bath shavasana. This month we celebrate the Cold full moon. Mirroring nature's hibernation, this moon urges you to stop pushing, slow down, and honor physical and mental fatigue. Occurring near the longest, darkest nights of the year, it provides a powerful lantern to examine unexamined inner shadows and hidden truths. Rooftop is Located above Jupiter Grill and Pura Vida.
