Buff & Flo 4 All- 5 Week Series at OP Satellite

Introducing BUFF & FLO 4 ALL, Every Body. Every Ability. Every Flow Join us for an all inclusive yoga class designed to welcome individuals of all abilities, with special consideration for those with disabilities and diverse physical, developmental, and learning needs. This 5 week series will take place Mondays starting 11/9 and ending 12/7 from 3:45pm-4:30pm at our OP Satellite location. In a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment, participants are encouraged to explore movement, build confidence, and experience the benefits of yoga at their own pace. With gentle guidance, adaptable poses, and plenty of encouragement, our goal is to create a space where everyone feels comfortable, empowered, and celebrated. Whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or simply looking for a supportive place to move, breathe, and connect, there’s a place for you at Buff & Flo. Participants should be able to follow simple instructions independently, or with assistance from a friend or support person.
