Mindful Art

· Come try a new art project on Monday afternoons with Lydia, a local art teacher and student therapist. Join us at the art table to relax, hang out, and get creative! The Zone opens: 1 pm Snack: 3-4 pm Activities: 4-5 pm Drop-in time: 5-5:30 pm We offer a small lunch/snack every day. Please bring your own water bottle. Questions?
