About this event
Help inform our science! Join us for a hands-on introduction to the iNaturalist mobile app, an online tool for exploring and documenting plants, animals, fungi, and overall biodiversity. Connect with nature and learn how to use iNaturalist to share your observations! During this 2-hour program, you will be introduced to iNaturalist and its role in citizen science efforts. You’ll learn the basic functions of the app on your smartphone and use it to engage in a bioblitz, a community event where participants record as many species as possible within a specific area and time frame.
