Zen Summit - Day Retreat in Tahoe Let's connect outside of the studio, for an adventure filled day together! Community and connection is something we value at The Space, and is essential to thrive as human beings. In this retreat, we will come together to grow, play and find joy in nature.  We acknowledge that long distance retreats, for lengthy periods of time is not always accessible for everyone; so we thought... let's get away for a DAY retreat. Tahoe city brings natures most beautiful elements and it is right in our backyard. Join us for this very special day.. Activities Tree Top Adventure: climbing, rope course, zip lining,  platform challenges, wobbly bridges, etc. (Safety equipment provided) We will do a mindfulness + breath practice to begin the day to feel grounded and peaceful Picnic lunch (not provided - we will all pick up sandwiches from a local deli) at a private beach club on the lake Yoga flow at the lake led  Cold plunging in Lake Tahoe!
