Partner Program with the Montclair Institute for Lifelong Learning Thursdays, July 16 – Aug 20, 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM July 23 – Seasonal Interest Summer Tour – Join Laura Roberts, Director of Horticulture at The Montclair Foundation – Van Vleck House & Gardens, for a journey through the beauty of the season. Tour highlights will include many beautiful blooming specimens as well as a visit to our Kitchen Garden which showcases a bountiful collection of veggies, greens, and herbs. Outdoor tour, so please dress for the weather with appropriate footwear. July 30 – Collage Art – Unplug and make something unexpectedly beautiful.  In this hands-on collage class, we’ll be using natural materials from the Gardens, and turn them into your personal masterpiece. Learn about composition, texture, color and layering, while using leaves, petals, moss, bark seed and other found objects.  No art experience needed – just curiosity and desire to play and turn found objects into a one-of-a-kind piece of art… View Source
