Valenciano Sweet & Savory Siesta – a cooking class with Kogetsu

Nothing quite says summer like the Mediterranean cuisine from coastal Spain. Following many years of living in a small Spanish village in the Valencia region, Kogetsu brought home her favorite (pre-siesta) tapas, soups and other dishes from that very special part of the world. She will share how to combine simple, sun-kissed ingredients to create restorative, seasonal Spanish meals. We’ll have the aprons ready in our Hudson Valley/Berkshires kitchen for this hands-on class. Bring your appetite and willing hands as we create these dishes together, but leave your pillow at home, our kitchen can’t accommodate a siesta!
